Please read the following instructions if you are having difficulties using our online booking system.

You are required to enter your credit card information to make a booking online. Please prepare your credit card before you make a reservation. If you would like to pay in cash, please inform us at reception when you check-in but a credit card is required to make a booking online.


1. Open our website www.hotelkinki.com.


2. Click “Guest Rooms” and select number of your group from following choices:

  • Rooms for 1 Guest
  • Rooms for 2 Guests
  • Rooms for 3 Guests
  • Rooms for 4+ Guests

3. Find your preferred room type and click the “Click here to check rate and reserve” button.


4. On the "Availability” page, choose your preferred room type (1) and check-in date (2)

5. Select the number of nights, guests and rooms. Click “Continue”.

6. Enter your E-mail address and click “Book”.

First time users are required to complete a registration form. Please read the terms at the bottom. Check “I have read and accept the terms of service” then click “Register”. 7. After registering as a member, check your room reservation details and click “Confirm”.

8. Confirm your reservation.

Please check your email address. If you receive an email titled “Guidance of Hotel KINKI reservation registration”, your reservation has been successfully completed. NOTE: If you only receive an email titled “Guidance of Hotel KINKI member registration”, your reservation has NOT completed yet.
